40 Years of Lifesaving Care — And Counting
For four decades, ECU Health EastCare has provided critical transportation, on the ground and in the air, to our families and friends across eastern North Carolina. Since its founding in 1985, EastCare has become more than just a provided service. It's evolved into a lifeline, providing the critically ill superior medical care when every second counts.

"They always put the patient first and they worry about everything else later, and that's what I love about it." — Trey Labrecque, EastCare Director
